We did not hear from Hope very much after the Rate Lock. But we really didn't feel like she was deeply involved with the loan process especially near the end when needed help & communication. We had to send a not-so friendly email asking for someone from KB to communicate with us, as we got what appeared to be inconsistent information from Mario (Loan Processor). In our opinion, Hope was slow to send us email communication in the final days of the loan when we were trying to get clarity on our closing date.

Hope was very friendly and easy to talk to and work with. In general however the whole loan experience was unpleasant and we felt very unsure about what was going on with our loan during the entire process. It may have been more on the loan processors end, but I am not really sure how everything happens on the back end of the loan process. Overall I would not recommend anyone work with KBHS as a lender because of the extreme amounts of documentation that was required.

Too many loan officers on my case. Have been asking to send the same docs over and over. If only Hope Fisher held my case, that would be much better. feel so unprofessional and unexperienced for asking my later husband’s death certificate, $5000 gift singing letter which i am the co-owner chase banking account, and something else I even could n’t remember ( i still have the email though). Communication, we encounter several times where we were not given accurate information or she was not available. For example, interest rates is a number game that changes all the time while I was getting KB interest rate I was also getting information through my bank. In one occasion, after not hearing back from Hope she stated, “well interest rates when up as of today” when I have just got off the phone with my bank stating that interest rates had drop from the previous days.
