Hope always returned my calls and answered all my questions for months. We started the loan process when covid started and there was soo many things up in the air. She helped be the liaison between me and the sales people at KB who would take days to answer or wouldn’t answer at all. They were changed several times and Hope made the difference for me to stay with KB.

Hope and JJ are great they were there with us for everything even for the littlest questions very polite and very professional when I went to pick up my keys I heard the sale person telling a family that they should get in contact with hope and I told them hope is great definitely give her a call 😀😀😀😀😀😀
