There were so many changes throughout the process and the stress level went way too high. Hope worked extremely hard on the loan and I appreciate that so much. There were just so many ups and downs that I found out after were not necessary. With an improvement in the process, I believe this would have been a much better experience. Overall, Hope is a great worker and I am thankful for the time and effort she put in.
