Watch for extra charges They actually charge your credit card $75 for deposit and do not return for days to possibly weeks later I was told on check in. This is not stated on your site. I have had a charge held on my card before until I checked out then canceled when room is ok. This is actually charged and not even credited back right away.

Zero stars We have come to Black Hawk several times and this was the worst time we had. We checked out a day early and gave up our money with no refund we were so ready to leave. The room next to us apparently the lady was passed out completely, and at 11pm 5 hotel staff were slamming, banging and hitting the door open. No apologies or anything just bang bang bang late at night. Called down for extre towels, 2 hours later no towels. When we checked in we found a bag of lost and found items in our bathroom, that brought to our attention the lack of cleaning, the sink was filled with red and blond hair, both my husband and our hair is very dark! smudges on the mirrors both of them, hair and dirt in the shower. We went to the front desk and gave the front desk manger the lost and found items who failed to even say im sorry. I do have to give him points for having housekeeping come clean our room. Black hawk I was told it was a dog friendly non smoking room. Upon checking they says they did but have any dog rooms but would charge me $50 to clean the room after I left. I said OK obviously because I had a dog with me. We arrive in the room and it stings of cigarettes terribly. The room was supposed to be non-smoking. There is also a piece of used dental floss on the floor. We got up at 7 AM and left in the morning the smell was unbearable. I express my concerns to the lady a check out and she didn’t even apologize.

I am not happy with this hotel. I booked the room for my mother and father for her birthday and they had nothing but problems. The room temperature was almost 80 degrees with no fan or AC. They lost power and had to wait forever for maintenance to fix it.

Meh….. Service in the casino and restaurant were very unprofessional and slow. Disappointing.
