Don't bother. A typical Caesars chain Hotel. Booked a junior suite which was a good sized room, clean and beds comfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the facilities were disappointing. Even though we didn't eat in the restaurants (huge queues), the options were limited and way overpriced. The attitude of one of the desk staff also sucked. The only bonus was free secured parking. Reluctantly stayed here as had no other option at the time, but I wouldn't return.

The hotel added fees after hotels.com showed the stay paid in full. Card has been overcharged and I am being told they will get it corrected but they havent

Do not book at this hotel The employees are very racist from check in to housekeeping overall very bad customer service do not recommend this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel and were able to get our room within 15-20 minutes so no problems on check-in however once we got to our room we realized we didn't have power in half of the room. Went to call the front desk however the phone didn't have any labels on the buttons so I didn't know how to reach the front desk. I had to go back down and there was now only 1 person working the front desk on a Friday night with a line of about 6 groups I so had to wait 30 minutes in line just to get someone to call maintenance. Disappointed in customer service overall. Many of the staff out in casino and food areas were not friendly. Also I had a fall in the bathroom d/t the floor being wet. The staff was not concerned or assisted in helping at all. There was not a sign at the start of the bathroom it was between the men’s and women entrance and look like a decorative plaque of bronze and black trim leaning against the wall approx 8x10.
