No sheets for the bed. Comforter only. Very loud in rooms as walls are thin. We paid extra money for late check out but housekeeping woke twice in the morning. Also, room keys did not work twice.. had to go to front desk where female staff was extremely rude. Would never stay again. We had wonderful experiences at Monarch & AmeriStar!!!!

Door to the balcony was broken and would not close. The restaurants were not seating any people....but there were people inside. It says family friendly but my 19 year old daughter couldn't go through tge casino to get to different restaurant. Good bye Isle Casino...

Dissatisfied Stayed last weekend. The cleaning service did not come by once to clean our room and we were there for 4 days. Also went to order room service 3 times during our trip and each time after we paid it sent a text saying deliveey not available please pick up. Stayed in line each time for 20 mins. Also on the last day of our trip we had our car broken into in the parking garage. Me and my whole family left at 2am due to being haunted the whole time we were there! Elevator doors open and close a bunch a times and then take you to a random floor by itself. The lights were flickering in the room. We had WEIRD bad luck. It was weird we left lol

Beautiful hotel. Rude staff Will not stay there again!!! Staff was Not friendly. During checkin I was trying to ask questions he did not even say hold on or one moment. He answered his phone 2 times during check in. Not professional. Morning of checkout the elevators were not working. Tried calling front desk for almost an hour no answer. I called the hotel directly from my cell phone, they answered. Spoke with a woman who was not helpful, told me to wait in the room until maintenance fixed the issue.
