No working refrigerator or coffee maker. Had to use alternate out let because electrical issues. Room was dusty. Staff in and around casino area outside of the dealers or pit bosses were rude. Took forever to check in.
Might be a one off but.... Food at buffet was luke warm to cold. Turning on coffee pot blew circuit in room & front desk never sent maintenance like they said they would. Not staying here ever again
I was visiting from Florida and the window was broken so I was freezing all night could not sleep. Water was cold in shower and water was white!
Horrible STAY
Our room had a dirty mirror in hall way, some markings on the bathroom mirror with permanent market, there was a stale french fry on the bathroom floor, there was a cap to something under our covers on the bed and an opened loaf of bread in one of the dresser drawers. Pretty gross and disappointing.
Good stay but wrong room The stay was good. Just didn't get the room that was shown? Instead of getting a larger room with a lounge area? I got a smaller room but paid the same price? Other then that it was good.
We recently went to the Isle to celebrate a 21st birthday for my family member on New Year’s Eve we booked the hotel months in advance because we knew it would be busy. We arrive to the hotel and get told that the vip guest booked late and it bumped us out of a room. We got transferred to a whole other hotel while our family was in a different one as well.
