It was not good due to the air conditioning not working. Uncomfortable sleep.
Could have been better No remote for the tv in our room, called front desk and were told that they didn't have any extras. Server's taking care of the slot players were very slow.
The room wouldn’t cool down at all. I turned the thermostat down to 65 and the temp went up to 77! Had to open the windows. There was a black mark on the bed sheet. There was something we were both allergic to stuffing up our noses even before opening the window. Only little water bottles available and no liquid body wash. The last two aren’t necessarily star removing events, but I had higher expectations.

The remodel of the rooms were wonderful. However, the staff at the front desk and valet were less than friendly, unfortunately. No "Thank you's" or friendly responses, just short answers to or a "Yup" to our "Thank you for checking us out". There were only 2 working elevators in the whole building, the water pressure was horrible in such a beautiful shower and there was mold all over the fruit in the fruit cups in the deli in the casino. I definitely would stay somewhere else next time.
I had heard they remodeled, not impressed. The hair in the shower did it.. won't stay there again.
Alex at the front desk was the rudest person I’ve ever met. It was a terrible beginning to our trip. The bathroom towels were disheveled and there was wet hair on the ground. There was a maintenance crew painting the hallways that we could hear when we were trying to sleep.
