Came to casinos to celebrate my birthday with some friends. Hotel was short staff which rested in long lines and wait times. Asked front desk for extra towels and never received them. Also had a difficult time getting a customer service number from front desk as they were giving me a hard time and arguing with me.

no truck parking so couldn't even stay. Wanted a refund or the room used for a firefighter or family who needed somewhere to stay if they were evacuated do to the fires. Everything was denied. Will not be recommending your Hotel.

Only 1 person working first time we stopped to ask about rooms. Stood in line for about 15 minutes. Rooms were more expensive so booked Expedia. Came back in an hour, still a line. Same girl working but also a guy who did nothing but process checkouts while at least 4 groups were in line. Not what I expected from Isle of Capri. Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable just not the best check in

We lost power to our room except the bathroom. I suffer from stenosis and need my heating pad. It was a sleepless night for me.

We got our room and when we went in the room it smelled of like someone had a pot party in your room. The door to the balcony wouldn't stsy closed and the safe would not work. Went and asked for a new room and got onethe new room was not great either the balcony door handle came off in my hands and the water pressure was so bad i had to try to wash my hair in the bathroom sink to get the soap out of ig. I will not be staying here ever again for 300 dollars a night this is ridiculous.
