Exceptional Difficult to explain to maid service because no one spoke English. Had to go down to front desk several times so that I could get towels for the room. Restaurants extremely expensive for the food. Staff was helpful. Room was clean.

Wonderful It was clean, well tended, and was great parking. Rooms were nice and beds comfortable.

Good but not great The compact fridge did not work very well and seemed pretty worn out. Lights in room seemed very dim. I get being short staffed but if guests are staying multiple days shouldn't fresh towels atleast be supplied daily? The rooms were nice and location was great. Staff was friendly.

Super Hotel und Ort Wenn man sein Zimmer in der Nähe vom Lift hat, hört man diesen. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Man muss wissen, dass zum Hotelpreis noch eine Resortfee erhoben wird. Schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit einem tollen grossen Badezimmer und schöner Dusche. Das Bett war bequem. Mit dem Auto einfach in die Garage fahren und parkieren. Overall good visit. The sliding door that is both the door for the bathroom and closet was a pain. It wouldn't stay closed on the bathroom side. The bathroom sink faucet was loose. Bathroom vent was falling down. The toilet paper holder and paper were on the floor. I tried to fix it, but needed a small screwdriver which I didn't have. Shower overhead fixture was loose. These things should be noticed if staff is cleaning them and wiping them down. None of these separate items were enough to call for service, but these things ... read more
