Average at best For $200 plus a night I was a tad disappointed. Issues with the elevators, which resulted in having to wait 10 to 15 minutes in order to get to our room on several occasions (on 8th floor)… Refrigerator in the room did not work.

Just ok… It was clean, I’ll give them at. The thermostat in the room did not work and it was HOT!!! Far too hot to sleep, even with the windows open in March! There was an occasional sulphur smell that eeked into the bathroom. That was gross. The windows had screens, but they were definitely damaged. They didn’t stay in the windows at all! So it was a good thing there aren’t any bugs in the mountains in March, or I’m sure the room would have been full! It was ok, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

First of all, they originally told me I didn’t have a resservation! After I gave them my confirmation #, the agent was like , oh yea ….that was it. And to have a 4;00 check in and asked if we could check in 15 minutes early because of an event we flew into town for, the answer being well it’s $10.00 ! Not , let me see what I can do nothing , just not very accommodating at all.
