First off, thanks George at the front desk, he helped Maria take care of our request for a king bed and made sure we were satisfied!!! Also, we stayed least week for one day, and an employee whowas cleaning, I wish I had his name, helped us with directions and helped my wife with her bags. The staff and the facilities and the cleanliness have all been great. Your elevators for the parking are very dated, this is our first impression, but the experience in the hotel and casino were super!

Had a nice stay all around. Would have liked better liquor comped when gambling like some of the surrounding properties offer.

This was the first time we had stayed at this property. The rooms are very nice, but there was an issue with the heater. Apparently, maintenance had turned the heater on two days earlier because it got cold in Blackhawk. However, there was an issue, and the heater was not able to be turned off. So we were told to sleep with the window open if we needed to get some air in the room. There were no windows in the room so we slept with the French doors to outside wide open all night.
