Great hotel. We just loved it! Clean room 8hr floor with a view on Lexington.
The property was clean and you could not hear the street noise The Complimentary Wine that they offered was really good. The staff were very welcoming and attentive.
This is always a very pleasant stay. The rooms are quiet and safe. The staff is extremely efficient and professional. I think it is a little "gem" hidden in a sea of competition.
First day at the hotel, even though I had already paid in full, I was surprised with an additional $45 per night charge for extremely basic snacks and coffee. I was actually charged $145 per night in advance and then later told I would get back $100 per night after I check out. The door to my room was stuck - had to literally put your shoulder into it to open. First night there, the hotel restaurant was closed for a private party. Staff was nice though. Nice floor plan, sitting area with extra tv, complimentary hot coffee and small yogurt parfait (or danish item) delivered to room, complimentary glass of wine in evening are nice amenities. Convenient to train Penn station, and LaGuardia airport.
