Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Location can't be beat.
Not what was expected Rooms are small, only 1 sink but nice large shower, only 1 chair to sit on aside from bed, not conducive to a couple, no lobby, bar/breakfast area too small & no hot breakfast served, no room service other than breakfast delivery butt very limited menu. Many better choices of hotels nearby.
Convenient location. Quiet at night. Very polite and professional staff at check in. I would stay here again.
As a born and raised New Yorker, I’ll start by saying the location is excellent. Ample storage space in the room and decent size for NYC. The daily complimentary wine happy hour is a plus too. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back.
