The Staff was very professional and treated you like you were the only ones there. The room was perfect. I will recommend this place to friends and family. First class service from first steps in to last steps out.
Hotel muy bien situado y de fácil acceso a todo lo que hay que ver sin estar en áreas tumultuosas. Habitacion amplia y limpia. Desayuno incluido muy correcto y el trato con el personal excelente. Precio razonable para estar en midtown.
Booked a Queen suite and got upgraded to a King! 10/10 service, door delivery if you order food, VERY clean and affordable!!

Go for a brand name hotel?? The hotel isn't bad. It is aiming for boutique but it is probably a little too old now. The staff are friendly. The rooms are looking a little tired but still clean. Also, wasn't great to have mini bar charges applied to the credit card after the stay was completed. If I hadn't noticed that would have been extra for nothing.
