a very good spot ,just in the middle of Manhattan. Excellent bed. Very clean. correct breakfast Slow Elevator. Friendly to get a free glass of wine between 5 and 6pm
muy bueno en gral estuvo todo muy bien. sugiero que haya empleado de turno que hable español. y el desayuno es obligatorio tomarlo , son 60u$s y en la pagina dice: ddsayuno incluido. no esta claro.
Nice but needs improvement* The staff and management pleasant but not a lot of communication between departments. Beds a little hard, sheets not the softest and could be more plush. Nice minibars and spacious layout that was comfortable. Great location and overall good.
Okay This hotel is okay, a bit over priced. You have to pay a $100 deposit and $60 fee for amenities whether you use them or not on top of the nightly rate. My room was not fully equipped as the robe was missing when I arrived and it was duly noted that there is a $100 charge for leaving with the hotel robe. I had to call room service to make note of the fact that it was missing when I got there and needed to be replaced.
Voyage fatigant, à notre arrivée le shuttle prévu n'était pas là nous avons du prendre un taxi donc un coût supplémentaire de 100 dollars. le séjour s'est bien déroulé l'hotel a répondu à toutes nos attentes et le shuttle était à l'heure pour le retour.
Arctic blast I recommend to read the small print of the hotel, as at least $ 60 for amenities, whether you use them or not, will be added to your bill per night in addition to the sum Hotels.com sends in the confirmation mail as "Amount to pay at the hotel in local currency".
