Clearly NOT a 4 Stars Hotel !!! The Hotel is extremely well situated. Yet when you arrive, you do not have a feeling it is a hotel. No one to greet you. No smile, No luggage handling… And NO LOBBY. You feel kind of in a dormitory building. The room is well appointed and spacious enough for NYC and the bathroom is clean and functional. Fabulous couple time Central location, only a few short blocks from Grand Central Station. Very easy to get everywhere. Decent European style breakfast is good. Wine, cheese and crackers at 5pm, it is all good. Good rooms, very happy with this hotel.
Accommodating staff. Nice room.
Very nice junior suite. Good amenities. I was on 11th floor but could not here street noise.
