I like the old world charm and how festive they made the property. Did not like how crowded it was. Considering how much we pay to stay there it sucked not being able to get reservations due to the offsite visitors booking over hotel guests. Also no room service avail. My room smelled musty and had moisture on inside of window the entire time so there was definitely and issue. No ability to open the window to air out. Amy at Serea was awesome. Food at Serea was really good.
It’s a beautiful property all decked out for Christmas. Unfortunately difficult to enjoy as it was wall to wall people for Christmas. The ice skating was fun. It entirely too crowded for such a small rink. No room service at all due too Covid? Just two bottles of water provided in a room made for four people. Hopefully you get reservation or you are left with bar food or a pizza line that stretched a half football field. Highly recommend the options off property which will give you some shopping.
