I just left Hotshots in O'Fallon, IL with 14 other women that's in our girl group. We chose to have our annual Christmas gift exchange here. We were having a great time until we were accused of cheating in trivia because we were getting MOST answers right. We came in fifth place overall. The group of of women aged 37 to 73. Underwhelming menu. When waitstaff “refills” your drink, they do not bring you a new drink or refill with a pitcher. They take more than one glass from the table and basically guesses very poorly who to return which glass to.

Very disappointed in HotShots Sports Bar and Grill O'Fallon, IL tonight. I usually wander in there a few times a month, especially I want to veg and clear my mind. One server I usually get is amazing, a couple others are decent, but not spectacular. One I’ve had was very disorganized and slow. The food is ok, but not worth drama to get it. my family was made to leave over 2 children ( under 5 y/o ) because they were out of a high chair… in my experience working in a place like this you have no right to kick someone out @ 2 pm over children.. maybe if something was going wrong or it wasn’t safe.. but it was 2pm on a Wednesday… nobody was drunk.. nobody was acting like fools. Just sad ..

not the best experience, our server was really nice and the food was decent but we were told to leave due to my son and niece not being in a high chair. absolutely ridiculous considering we were there at 2 o clock in the afternoon. the manager spoke to our children terrible and was very disrespectful towards children under 5 years old. absolutely embarassing for them honestly

horrible experience if you have children! my daughter and niece were told to leave due to their children not being in highchairs and to loud, really? I had no idea Hotshots could dictate what a child that is not theirs sits in. My husband and I's companies have several business lunches there, or had I should say. I will make sure and let our companies they will need to go elsewhere.

When it’s last call and I leave my keys at the bar while I talk with friends outside and the solution is to set my alarm off when I can’t get inside I have to question the professionalism of the staff on duty. Telling me it’s time to go, etc, would’ve been much more mature but acting like kids was easier. Strongly recommend avoiding this place if you’re looking for anything in a professional dining experience.
pulled up at 1230 on a Thursday and the bouncer locked the door in our faces as we tried to enter and didnt say a word
Irresponsible owner allowing indoor dining when they know it’s unsafe. No regard for human life! If they are willing to expose someone to a deadly virus, I can only imagine the corners they cut with food safety.
