We go there to have dinner & a few drinks to watch the STL Cardinals' game & it was ticket Tuesday, which made it nicer. However, when asked to turn audio to the game instead of jukebox, bartender said manager replied, "Have to wait 'til all songs are done in jukebox." It was the 3rd inning & manager came over & asked how we were, and I replied, "Not good since audio is not going." Manager replied the same. So after 5 more songs, we decided to leave. Was there and walked out last night!! There with other local business owners. Was asked to pay before we even ordered. Sounds like the manager can't tell the difference from good customers and bad. Sad I have been going to this location for 9 years. Will not go back!!!!!
Was treated like a common criminal by the ID checking "bouncer" before I came in the door, all because I left my ID in the car (but then went back to get it). Manager claimed he'd take care of the situation but didn't seem too interested in what I had to say, and didn't really do much to make us feel like going back.
