I had them do some work for me and they did a decent job. I hired them for another project but before scheduling they require half of the total price as a deposit which was $1.4k. I ended up having to cancel and they confirmed that they?d be refunding the $1.4k. It?s been almost a month and they haven?t refunded me my money despite numerous requests and have further stopped responding at all. And the number I had been using for them no longer works. I had the tech Bobby and he was a horrible communicator. He didn't tell me he was going to start moving things around in the bedroom and moved the bed and almost pulled down the curtains and bent the curtain rod. He also spent an hour trying to troubleshoot and seemed confused and uncertain what he was doing, wasnt clear on what was going on. I hired HR Phoenix through an Angie recommendation to replace the white hardware in my kitchen, but I had a very poor experience and would not recommend this company. The project went off the rails when we realized we were missing two pieces of hardware. The pro left to purchase the items at a store only five minutes from my house, but he was gone for over an hour. I had a very disappointing experience with HR Phoenix Electrical. The electrician arrived about 50 minutes late ? which I was willing to overlook ? but it quickly became clear the technician was moving extremely slowly. After taking a long time to diagnose the issue, he told me I simply needed a new GFCI outlet. I had HR Phoenix Electrical Company install a new bathroom plug, and instead of wiring it properly into a dedicated 20-amp plug circuit, they cut corners and tied it into the 15-amp light circuit. Now every time I use the plug, the bathroom lights flicker. When I called them to come back and check, they brushed it off as ?normal.? Really?! That?s not normal ? that?s cheap, lazy work. Quick to respond and schedule service. They left holes in the walls that they said they don?t repair. This was pretty disappointing. They can?t even install a cover over the holes they cut in the wall?

Company took so long, to complete the service, and the price was way expensive that was supposed to be, completely unprepared, inaccurate cuoting, mediocre craftsmanship, not a really good job to be honest.
