Company took so long, to complete the service, and the price was way expensive that was supposed to be, completely unprepared, inaccurate cuoting, mediocre craftsmanship, not a really good job to be honest.
I made an appointment for assistance with a circuit breaker to which ultimately was found that I replaced the wrong breaker. I was charged for 2 hours($437) with the office admin stating that it took 1 hour and 26 minutes. My appointment was set for 1 PM and on the receipt the time stated 2:26 PM. This is not accurate as the technician showed up to my house at 1:15 PM, and I assume just started the time at 1 PM. Too expensive
The Pro Chris was great- But he was here 20 minutes and it cost $303. the service call was $298 and material $5. So we will definitely never use HR Phoenix Electrical again. Way too expensive!
The estimator that showed up was excellent and very knowledgeable. The dipshits that showed up to do the work fxxxxx around for two days. I think their work quality was ok but they were terrible to deal with.

This is for replacing the doorbell light since it wasn't working. He spent a very long time. I noticed the 1st day he visited which was March 22 of 2023, the light was not working properly. Few days later, he came back (March 30, 2023) and was supposed to fixed it but it took him long enough to do the work. He charged me for another service even though the light wasn't fixed properly. 1st invoice was $296 and and the 2nd invoice was for $198. I paid for everything but project hasn't been completed up until today.
Scammers!!! Tried to charge us 600 dollars to install ring cameras
