Hired Phoenix to install an outlet in garage for an electric car charger. The outlet is functional but not in the location desired and not in the orientation requested.
They did not do what I asked them to do. I said when the guy was out here,I do not care ill pay for it. still did not do it. I paid more than 300 for them make something work that does not . Now I have to pay another electrician 200+ to correct what i already paid them for. would not recommend.
Professional ripoff artist. Disassemble everything possible dragging out the repair process to inflate the bill. Are all Homeadvisor Contractors like this?
I called for a shower light not working, Come to find out it was the bulb needing replaced. Charged me the Service Fee still took 2 minutes to change after all nothing serious, would not cut me a break. I do not mind paying for the help. But $135 to change a lightbulb is ridiculous. I see maybe paying for 30 mins. Great person who came to look at the light. Do not think I would use them in the future. Do not work with you at all.

BEWARE!!! Overall experience was terrible. For starters when the technician arrived an hour late, his boots were covered in dirt and mud which he tracked all over my house. He stopped working at least twice to go smoke and then asked if he could use the restroom. He then proceeded to take 15 minute DUMP that left a smell words cannot describe. When he was finally finished, he not only tried to charge me for the half hour he was smoking and pooping at my house he also charged me an additional hour for his commute to and from ... read more
