The first day they came out they did not find it and I was told they will return the next day. They left me with the problem unresolved. It was a very simple and a very common issue, but they could not fix it and they have not made any attempt to try to contact me.
I hired them to install a medicine cabinet in the restroom, it was installed but the technician damaged so much of the sheetrock and it is too high on the wall that I can not see myself on the mirror and barely touch the on/off button. Terrible job. I have expressed my concerns to the technician and the owner. The owner will not work with me to make this right as a customer. The technicians that showed up at my house smelled horrible. When they would leave a room, it still smelled bad 5 minutes later. They spent 2 hours trying to troubleshoot a light switch that I told them was working fine and then after 2 hours of billable time they finally realized that it wasn't the problem. The job was completed. They did not explain how the connections were going to be terminated and one side of the connection was left hanging through a wall outlet?acceptable but not what I was expecting. I also asked them about additional projects. They never followed up.
I called 3 times after the installation with a concern. I never got a call back.
Showed up late and charged more than the quoted amount charged extra for marking the panel which the tech did not do after all
Had them come check out why half our house had no electricity. Rep came out and checked said the breaker box needed changing for over $8000. They wanted half up front. Set up the appointment. Our son had us contact a friend of his who?s an electrical inspector for one of the municipalities in our area.
