I thought the price for the services rendered was double what it should have been
Tried to rip us off on their labor hour pricing.
This company was in my home for 20 minutes and charged me $195. Are they saying they bill $585 per hour? They are too expensive... I wonder if that is why they did not give me a quote prior to doing the work. If you deal with this company, please get a quote first, then authorize the job. I personally would not deal with or recommend them.

Hired Phoenix to install an outlet in garage for an electric car charger. The outlet is functional but not in the location desired and not in the orientation requested.
They did not do what I asked them to do. I said when the guy was out here,I do not care ill pay for it. still did not do it. I paid more than 300 for them make something work that does not . Now I have to pay another electrician 200+ to correct what i already paid them for. would not recommend.
Professional ripoff artist. Disassemble everything possible dragging out the repair process to inflate the bill. Are all Homeadvisor Contractors like this?

I called for a shower light not working, Come to find out it was the bulb needing replaced. Charged me the Service Fee still took 2 minutes to change after all nothing serious, would not cut me a break. I do not mind paying for the help. But $135 to change a lightbulb is ridiculous. I see maybe paying for 30 mins. Great person who came to look at the light. Do not think I would use them in the future. Do not work with you at all.
