Schedule time was bad. Technician showed 3 hours late. No explanation or xalk to let me know in advance of delay. The time spent and difficulty of service required does not justify the price I was charged I think I was overpriced for something that could be a simple repair.
They did not clean up after their mess at all.
I hired them to install a ceiling fan and fix an outlet in my living room that stopped working. The ceiling fan was installed Friday afternoon but the technician needed access to an outlet in my bedroom that my work computer was plugged into. He said he would come back Monday morning between 730-8 so he could be done before I had to work. I paid in full and was advised an invoice and receipt would be emailed to me. My dad came over Monday morning because I had school drop offs during that time. Nobody showed up. I called and... read more
Now the doorbell will have to repaired.
The cost seemed extremely high! The 2 electricians who came out were very polite and knowledgeable.
I expected a master electrician and Tyler seem like he did not know what he was doing, he had to keep talking to his company, he did not know how the electrical box works, he asked me. The appointment was schedule for 4pm, he did not arrived until slightly after 5 pm, no one called to notify me that he will be more than an hour late, no one explained his delay. My opinion is that $230 is costly when no repair was made. Tyler said he was not allowed to work in this piece of equipment, his company does not work on this piece o... read more
The first installer took about 8 hours to install 2 ceiling fans in 2 days. They left out a part that affects how the fan works, they took our box and directions and the missing relief cylinder from the pull chain. also left the plastic pull chain connectors on and they came off with 2 pulls, we had 2 more fans installed by another man in 1.5 hours, He also fixed things the other technician left undone, But he did not have the lost part which is not something stores have. He put screws in over electrical parts that the first... read more
too pricey
Business response:
Hi, Shar. We do try to be efficient with our time and finish quickly, but some issues are more difficult to locate and repair. We show that we have 1 job listed for you on 12-30-20 for issues with a chandelier working off and on and the notes state "thinks it is something that might have been done improperly by previous electricians." and changing a fixture on a high ceiling. The owner arrived and located the issue with the transformer in the chandelier. We tried our hardest to locate the specific transformer and we were not... read more
Unhappy with appt. never got a free estimate, tech came in and started work then I was locked into using them. Was told I had a faulty breaker, $300 later here I am. Ridiculous.
Business response:
Hi Gino. We are sorry you feel this was a bad experience. We strive to be transparent with all charges and we do offer set pricing for many services including breaker changes. Usually, we quote you a price for breaker changes ahead of time verbally and in writing. On troubleshooting such as this, we also advise it could be more if the issue isn't resolved with the requested breaker change. Please understand, on troubleshooting calls, we cannot give a free estimate if we do not know what is causing the issue so this is a serv... read more
