I took my truck to Hudson Nissan because it needed a TPI replaced. I thought that the price that they quoted me was reasonable so I left the truck there to be repaired. The service writer called me later and quoted me a price of 420 to replace the TPI. I asked why they couldn't repair it for the quoted price and he explained that was just for the diagnosis. So I paid 150 for them to tell me what I already knew. I guess that's a small price to pay to learn to never go back to Hudson Nissan. If I want to give money away I'd ra... read more

I went in to this Nissan for an oil change. When I was checking in I asked if they would give me text messages with pictures showing any other work I needed. The tech came and found me at the end with a list of “critical work, requires immediate attention”. I called the Nissan where I used to live and asked if these prices were correct, they said no they were much higher than normal rates and suggested I look for another Nissan near by or a jiffy lube. BUYERS BEWARE! ! After dealing for about two weeks with one of dealerships representative Angel Vasquez in regards to buying a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. We paid $500 to take the vehicle off the market, coordinated with the sales representative (ROB) before our arrival and have check on hand. "If the lips are moving they are lying. Don’t not..." If the lips are moving they are lying. Don’t not purchase here. Read the reviews. Worse purchasing experience ever. Don’t sign using there digital device no matter what they say. The deal will change after the sale. Going on three months still haven’t received copies of what they sent to Nissan.

Why am I also getting letters from banks I have never heard of months later saying you gave them my signature permission to run my credit after the sale? And what else has my digital signature used for? Just send my paperwork so I can find another dealer to service my truck or send the fraudulent transaction paperwork to NMAC like they are suggesting.

Customer Service is AWFUL - brought my 2010 Nissan Rogue into the shop and was told it would cost $140 for a diagnostic test on the airbag light - appointment was at 900 am - later received a call back at around 1:00 pm (4 hour diagnostic time- lol) and was told it would cost between $2000-3000 to replace the front passenger airbag sensor - WTH - the car is valued at $3500 and they wanted $3000 to replace a sensor?? "Dont buy from here. Bought a brand new truck from here..." Dont buy from here. Bought a brand new truck from here and when I brought it home I noticed some sort of stain on the back seat. Since it was closed by that point I called in morning to service and was told no worries we will take care of it when you bring it in for its first service. In between I had multiple other issues. They do not honor the pricing that they post online (different prices on different third party sites for the same car). They say in their online adds that their $629 dealer fee is included in the listed pricing but once at the dealership, they tried to add that on to the listed price from online.
