From the very start just for making appointment it was very easy ro make an appt. On the day of my appt it didn’t take long to wait. I was greeted promptly upon arrival for my procedure. When I was taken to the room I saw the MRI machine & it’s not the old enclosed one they used before for MRI. I felt comfortable right away. The technologist explained the procedure, what to expect from the loud noise, gave me ear plugs, eye masks & panic button in case I need it. Explained it will take 20 mins & I was injected with dye.
