The pre-check in was easy to complete online prior to the appointment. When I arrived, it was a seamless check-in with a simple signature. The wait for me was brief. The MRI staff were supper kind, thorough, and caring. Clean facilities. I had an easy experience, especially being nervous going into an MRI.

I didn't have to wait very long. The initial contact and information taking was very cordial and helpful. The MRI was noisy and my back hurt so much I couldn't stand or walk at first when it was over. Maybe a good idea to have people with back problems take something beforehand?
