My request was a stat request so I needed to have a telephone representative make the appointment rather than doing the online appointment process. Once I spoke with a representative, she was very helpful and scheduled me a time within two hours of when I had called. The check-in process was smooth. I was taken even before my appointment and the tech was fabulous as he was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything. I couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you for helping me.

Amy did a great job with the iv. No pain! It was rather noisy with people waiting for family members in the hallway. I had to listen to 20 minutes of conversation. Not sure what more than 1 family member is allowed in this very small space. Hard to rest. Nice staff but absolutely no instructions. I had to ask.
