Everything was great from appt setup Norma Gaeta to reception, medical assistants & techs, sorry, I don't remember their names. They were very helpful, informative & professional at Fair Oaks location.
I got an appointment right away for an ultrasound for both legs right away I got an appointment right away to have an ultrasound done on both of my legs. The technician was very thorough. I got the confirmation a few hours later that I had no blood clots in my legs. Very professional and fast!
There's nothing greater than your service. I walked out extremely pleased and thankful to all the staff that interacted with me. Furthermore, I noticed the same kind of pleasantly in all other patients during my short stay.
I was so taken back with the kindness and concern of the entire assistants so professional And so kind from the front office employees to the actual professional assistants. Very very impressed and satisfied.
Techs were very professional, good service.
