From the very start, (I am talking from the booking of the procedure, arriving and encountering the front desk staff, the procedure and delivery of the report), everyone at this facility is a well oiled part of the process. GREAT Job! They should be filmed and used as an example of how GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE should look!

You guys were great! I was able to get a 2-day appointment, however, even better I was able to walk in the following day and within 15 minutes I was in and ready to get my chest x-ray. X-ray. Saving me an extra trip. You guys rock.

After being turned away from a liver checkup appt, I needed to get an ultrasound ASAP. Taking a chance to get one the SAME DAY (Oct 13th) was a shot in the dark. But I took it, and the friendly desk receptionist was more than accommodating. I was taken as a walk-in, treated by a lovely, friendly technician, and all done within 30 min.
