Took me in without appt for chest X-ray and they let me know it could 30 to 45 minutes. It took less than 20 minutes when they called my name. Miguel signed me in and his customer service was great. Brooke was the X-ray technician, she was knowledgeable and helpful throughout process. Great job and thanks again.

The front desk was friendly. My wait was short and I was seen on time. The ultrasound tech was friendly and professional. She fully explained the exam procedures prior to starting.

The MRI machine was apparently offline for several days. The office staff was good about informing me that my appointment was cancelled but getting rescheduled didn’t go smoothly. Communication with the automated system was unsatisfactory if the call didn’t relate to a very basic question. E..g. The preparation instructions were ambiguous and no human was made available until I learned that if asked for an agent twice you got a person . Staff at the facility were very good

I run into some traffic and got there right at the time of my appointment. The woman at the check in was very nice and helpful and checked me right in. I just waited a few minutes before being called in. Anna was nice, efficient and was very experienced at her job. My ultrasound was a very stress free experience.
