I came for my semi annual PET scan. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating. They seem to care about us as people not patients.
The technician was very informative, letting me know all the steps he will be performing.
I can hardly call getting injected with radioactive material a great experience. However, the technologist in charge of doing so was very kind. I appreciated that since I deeply dislike the procedure.
It was probably the best “lab” experience I’ve ever had. I read some yahoo postings on the internet and braced myself for delays and strict personnel and it was completely opposite. Everyone I came in contact with could not have been better. Very professional and Knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you
