I wish I knew the names of the two gentlemen who were working the CT machine on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024. I came in with my 85 year old mother for a CT scan of her back because she had suffered a compression fracture from a fall. The pain that she felt was intensified when she had to lay down for the procedure. These two gentlemen gently helped her lay down and lifted her legs. Everyone there were very helpful. When I was doing my questionnaire, the young man at the desk said he was there for assistance...which I eventually needed Upon going to the MRI section, the staff there were very accommodating. They explained everything in lay terms.
Everything was very well explained and went smoothly.
I was 100% happy with the care.
