it was easy and quick
The technician was great very sensitive and was clear the only problem was in the waiting room when they call my name and I cannot hear him because I'm hearing impaired I told the front desk they said they've been left the department no and no word was shared. This wasn't the first time or the second timer the third time that I sit in the waiting room without being noticed because I am deaf.
Professional and caring staff, clean facility, and timely.
I arrived early and was taken in early. The woman who helped position me for the x-rays was friendly and professional.
Everyone who assisted me was very professional and friendly. The young man that did the IV for my contrast for the breast MRI was the first person to not leave a bruise at the vein area. Much appreciated.
The staff was very efficient and cordial...they made me feel that I was the only patient that needed their attention...Their care for my mental well-being as well as my physical care seemed to be of upper most concern for them...I feel blessed to have had them to care for me...thank you very much...(I'm sorry everything was such a blur that day, I don't remember much, especially their names!!)
