the facility is very inviting nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and patient as I was having a claustrophobic experience. After several minutes I was able to gather myself and undergo my MRI.

Overall the experience was good except for these two issues. , I had an ultrasound done of a sensitive area. The staff member was polite, courteous and clearly explained what she was doing. She used gel and several nearby areas, and as part of the procedure used two small towels to cover me. When she had finished to said to me. Use the towels to clean yourself off. But there was already gel covering parts of both towels so wiping myself off became a process of smearing the gel around until a was sort of get free. Then... read more
