The technician was wonderful. She was thorough and detailed in her explanations. She let me know ahead of time how long the procedure would take and what I might experience. She allayed my nervousness. Check-in was awkward. I dislike cold machine check-in anyway, but the sign said enter last name and birthdate only, but when I did, the additional questions kept coming.
