I was SO NERVOUS about the contrast MRI as well as just the MRI tube itself. I was taken care of so incredibly well! They have a truly wide-bore MRI with a shorter tube that is no big deal despite my claustrophobia (eye mask, ear plugs, ear muffs, blanket), AND, they had a very skilled person to use a butterfly needle for the contrast injection which was the truly freaky part for me going into this. Staff were helpful and professional. Their prep solution gives me bad diarrhea, and despite my insistence they would not give me an alternative. But at least it's easier to drink than the old prep solution.

I was disappointed that there was such a delay getting in to the procedure itself. Once I got into the MRI, however I was pleased with the service I got. It seemed to me that the technicians were not as skilled at what they were doing the first nurse particularly had trouble getting my vein. All in all it seems to me that the procedure took a lot longer than it should have . All right my family wondered what it happened to me
