While I did not enjoy the actual experience of being inside the chamber to get the MRI, the staff was great. I was expecting the worst, but it was not as bad as I thought it would beI

I was seen on time and was in and out quickly. Anna my technician was kind, professional, and set me at ease. I received the results the next day.
It was very comfortable and professional. I had 2 young men that seemed concerned for my needs, I am claustrophobic, as I was there for an MRI of my shoulder.
From the front desk through the entire MRI process the staff was remarkable. They were courteous, focused on my comfort, informed me of the stages I would experience and totally professional. The MRI was concerned about my wellbeing throughout. They were incredible. I couldn’t thank them enough Great work!
