I arrived at 5pm for what I thought was a 5:20pm procedure. I had filled out all paperwork online prior to coming in. The 5:20pm start turned out to be check-in time with the procedure starting at 5:50pm. The actual start of the procedure was not until 6:25pm. I was not happy with that. The procedure itself went smoothly. The medical attendants were very nice, helpful and answered all my questions.
