Worst car shopping experience ever! If you're Worst car shopping experience ever! If you're looking for a car dealership that looks like it's on the up-and-up but feels just as sleazy as any run of the mill car lot, head to Husker Auto Group...especially if you want to waste a whole evening. They have incompetent, unknowledgeable, patronizing, shady, discourteous, annoying employees. I don't recommend ever giving them your phone number or other very personal information, unless you're lonely and want calls that keep coming n... read more

BUYER BEWARE!! The old school used car stereotypes are alive and well here, at least with the Mercedes/BMW group. Very deceptive with customer service rating of zero based on a 1-10 scale. Purchased a one year new $60k Mercedes, they covered up that it was a smokers car which I realized two days later when the cover-up wore off. Very dishonest, no disclosure principles, shady as they come. Go buy from someone else. If their practices include these types of activities, think how risky it would be to have them service your car... read more

This was the WORST experience that I've ever had purchasing a car. I was looking for a specific car for my wife. It took me about a month until I located one at Husker Auto Group. My sales rep Billie Chapman says he has a 2013 MB C300 white exterior and black interior on his lot. Chapman & I email back and forth from 10/17 to 10/22 and agreed on a price and items to be installed in and on the car. We agreed I would purchase the car if my wife was happy with it after test driving it. First off, we make the 3 hour drive to Lin... read more

I’m sorry for the long post but I encourage all of you to post just as much. The worse part this isn’t all of it! It all started back when we went to Husker to buy a vehicle to replace my wife’s that was just totaled. We went to the used lot because we figured it was the best place since we haven’t had the greatest credit. We told them we wanted an economical SUV because we were still adding to our family. They pulled out a station wagon like car, the Malibu Maxx. We were first against the whole Malibu family as we loved our... read more

The personal car dealer that I worked with was friendly and easy to trust. After I was turned over to the finance department thats when the lies and deceit began. I had initially denied all extended warranties and services....They offered me the package for $1/mo and I could resist no longer. I was told that because they haven't hit their quota on extended service sales that it was better to give it to me then it was for them not to get credit for the sales. When the monthly statement came out that $1/mo turned into over $8,... read more

At 50,000 miles I took my Duramax Sierra in for SEL coming on. They told that the Turbo was "Coked up" and needed to be replaced, luckily it was still under warranty. When I got the truck back I noticed it was leaking coolant, which it had never done before. I took it back in they told me it had nothing to do with the work they had done on it and that it also needed the power stearing hoses replaced. I asked them what caused the coking and was told that "I didn't run it hard enough and should have bought a gas vehicle instea... read more

We bought a supposedly "Certified Used" vehicle from these guys a year and a half ago. The first week we had it the headlamps would flicker. After explaining to three people that this is a safety hazard they finally fixed it at no cost. This vehicle also had a power steering pump go out, the speakers were shot, and the A/C had to be worked on three times. The worst thing that happened was the transmission blew up and left me and my family on the side of the road. Took to Husker and they repaired it under warranty, they did n... read more

They did a good job upfront... very friendly and responsive. Had to take my car in for an issue and the BMW/Mercedes services is terrible. They don't seem to know what they are doing. I spoke to two seperate individuals regarding my reapir and two explanations... Had to take my vehicle to an Omaha dealership to get it reparied. Just cant trust them... stay clear!!!!
