It was fine. Just not my first choice of dealership. Other stores provide better loaners.

My sales person, Prasitxay, was excellent. Super communicative. I did not finance through them but Spenser handled my payment and additional services. The only issue is I was sold a car with one key. That was fine as disclosed. But what wasn’t disclosed was that I could not register my car on the app for the brand bc you either need to have both keys or you have to pay to remove a key. It just stepped up my need of having to go to a dealer to order the key so I can use all the services such as remote start and have the car r... read more
