Shelly was absolutely amazing. Great communication and always a joy to talk with. My vehicle had and unexpected breakdown and she was instrumental in fitting me in a packed schedule.unscheduled maintenance is always tricky to navigate but she made the process work to both our benefit. It was a shame the manufacturer wouldn’t warranty a $300 electrical component on a $100,000 Denali ultimate unfortunately. But Shelly made everything work and I am grateful for that.
