Opon arrival we drove in the service entrance was directed to park so we did. After parking we got out and a service woman came very rudely telling us we needed to move we were in the wrong spot. I feel when you are a new customer you especially should be given kind professional instructions on what to do and where to park. But over all there was a gentleman and the woman that did our service check out that were helpful and pleasant. Over all a good experience besides the initial arrival .
