The sales with Royce was an excellent experience. The business office part of the deal took 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Spencer was a nice person, but it took way too long to get into his office. And he didn't want to take no for all the warranty products he was selling. I have a hard time going back to a dealership that makes me feel pressured.

The sales experience with Royce was great, couldn't have been better. The experience with the business office is why I didn't give the dealership a 5.
Slowly winning my business back! I vowed to never do business with Husker again after last year's fiasco with my brakes. Maybe it was a mistake or maybe it was something else. It's a Cadillac with about half a bumper to bumper warranty left and I would rather have it maintained here in Lincoln instead of taking it to Omaha Or Fremont. So I guess we are stuck with each other until I get rid of it or the warranty expires.
Kevin was great! He was friendly and very helpful. He made my car buying experience enjoyable and easy.
