Best car buying experience EVER!!! Best car buying experience I've ever had. Bought a brand new BMW with zero pressure. They didn't even try to sell me the extended warranty! Everyone I dealt with was great, but Bill Chapman was the best. He made sure I knew the features of my new car, took me on a spirited test drive to highlight the different transmission settings, and answered every question I had, even after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them and will send them as much business as I can.
Came through like CHAMPS! After i became disgruntled at the whole process, the finance guy really stepped up and took care of me.
