Poor service and response Attempted to purchase a car…After dealing with a salesperson for 2 days, getting some videos and answering my questions I have since gotten no response. It also took several attempts for them to send a video and text me after being told they did so. I even replied to a manager, “how was your experience” email explaining everything and yet again, no response. At one point while speaking with the salesman I was told Warren Buffet owns their dealership. I don’t think he would be impressed.
They suck Dont ever get a loan here. They will screw u over. And double check your contract they like switching them or adding things u don't want They they make more money. I bought car for 12000 I paid 10000 and they think I still owe them after 3 years . They put contract for 13000 xxx. Is that. Wanting me to pay double for car and warrantys I can get cheaper on the side...
Buyer beware Drove 300 miles to find that their exceptionally clean vehicle reeked of smoke and was a rusty mess underneath. Their new vehicle division was very classy, but avoid the used vehicle lot like the plague.
Frauds Do not go to Tyler Lorenez he will screw you over. He thinks woman are dumb and can b taken advantage off. I filled with license board industry. I hope u get fired
What happened to salesmanship? Absolutely worse salesmanship I’ve experienced! I tried for financing for a truck… and at the end of the day was told they couldn’t do anything… ok… it happens… however days later I get a letter in the mail from one of the finance companies stating they couldn’t offer me a loan as I requested but have options and to contact the dealership… so I did two hours before close… so we could have still made it in… but no response at all… I even called and tt someone in finance who just said someone wil... read more
Criminals Taylor's, Lorenz, and Lulow, Cameron plus o'Neil Riely are frauds. For financial and tax fruad of about 11000 they owe me. They said I had a trade in for 20019 and and had no trade in at all. Just money down on laon
Racist and unprofessional Never in my life have I been so upset with a dealership. I put a down payment on a car and they sold it to someone else. I believe it is because of the color of my skin.
BUYER BEWARE! Salesman, Justin, lied to us, and said the service department had addressed the three concerns we had with the used Toyota we were buying. Finally got a chance to drive the car some distance after buying it, and the a/c isn't cold, the car shudders and acts like it is going to die when you slow down, and there is no record of the recalls being fixed - the three items Justin said were addressed by the service department along with their mechanical inspection. A guy in Kansas Ther 125 point inspection is a JOKE and doesn't cover anything unless you want a inspection that says the washer fluid is topped off the air pressure is sufficient
