NEVER AGAIN I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! We were told that the Chevy Malibu I purchased was a 6 cylinder only because we looked at a 4 cylinder at the dealer next door ANDERSON FORD. I said at least 3 times during the interview at least it’s a 6 cylinder and not once did the dealer correct me because come to find out today it is only a 4 cylinder not 6 had I known this I would not have bought it and the dealer knew this that’s why they LIED.
Service at Husker auto group in Linchpin Took car in for service. Also had a rattle coming from rear of car. Technician quickly & Correctly diagnosed it as a loose license plate on the rear. Everyone was courteous & Friendly. Comfortable lounge area .
Horrible Experience Out of all the vehicles I have ever bought this was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. The sales Manager Cody, what a joke. I would never buy another vehicle here.
Marty went above and beyond, again! Marty went above and beyond to get me a loner truck while mine was being repaired, he gave me timely updates with the process of the repairs.
can't follow simple directions..... I called Husker to ask about pictures they had of a truck. The salesman had absolutely NO interest in answering my question. He did however ask me 4 times for my email after telling him no every time and was very interested in why I liked the truck so he could try to sell me on other trucks. Never again My buying process was great however I would definitely not recommend their service. I have had my brand new truck in several times for the same issues and the most recent time they Said it was fixed and the driver door had a huge dent in it and greasy fingerprints all over the headliner. They did not mention any of this so it's a good thing I gave it a good look before I left the dealer. I would not recommend anyone to their service department.
