Belong lies too!!!!! Worked with josh Myers for 2 days on a truck. Ran my credit and got co-signer and offered to put deposit down and called him to find out what’s the hold up and respond by saying they where busy and that he will get everything done and call me I kept calling and texting him all day to get the deal done. Don’t do it Worse place to buy a car! They Gave me the run around on everything! They Misinformed me many times! One making me come up with $3500 out of pocket!!!! They couldn’t get my paperwork right for the life of them: kept sending it to the wrong place! Then once they sent me the car I had nothing but issues with problems caused by them! 0 customer service! I do not recommend them! I’d give 0 stars if I could!
Stay away if you don’t intend to finance with them Once they found out I had cash, they said they couldn’t sell me the car unless I financed with them for 6 mo. I refused and they tried charging me an extra $500 since I had cash. I refused that and agreed to pay $200. Basically penalized for using cash and not having a vehicle to trade in.
High pressure! Wow . . . We were looking for a specific used vehicle, and they had one with the right year, mileage, etc. They priced it well (relative to KBB info). Sales staff was fine. But the actual purchasing was the most painful experience ever--I've purchased more than a dozen cars from dealers, and this was the most excruciating. Don’t Trust. Purchased a used Mercedes recently. The ad from Husker Auto Group and the dealer stated Car Fax report was clear, no history of wrecks. Found out after purchase that the dealership purchased the car, with Subframe damage, from an auction. Learned my lesson! Pull the CarFax report yourself and don’t trust anything these car salesman tell you.
RUN AWAY Hands down the worst sales experience I've experienced in any industry. There is a reason used car salesmen get a bad name, and this dealership is it's finest example. From the moment you step on the lot expect to be greeted with ignorance, lies to cover the ignorance, lies to close the deal, and disrespect. The fact this place is still in business after treating people like this makes me sick. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
Terrible My daughter bought a used car here that should have not left the lot let alone on a test drive had it checked out by a mechanic and there was no brake pedal I know all the as is stuff but this was terrible how can you sell a car that shouldn't have left the lot then you insult everyone and give just 500 back or was the brake fluid reservoir filled so it had temporary brakes ,this thing could have killed someone ,, two rear brake calipers replaced,you guys should be ashamed of your selfs

Trailer brake assist Vehicle had less than 33000 miles and we have never had a trailer on this vehicle. Was surprised at the cost of the part and that it was not under warranty.
