Place wasn’t very clean. No hot water in shower. Moved to a new room after demanding one 2 days later because hot water couldn’t be fixed. Rooms smell like cigarette smoke although they say it’s non smoking. Wouldn’t stay here again. Would definitely choose another hotel if returning to this area.

Stop Mysterious Charges! When we arrived in our room, which had a connecting door to another room, we heard loud talking from that room. We called the front desk to complain, and even held the phone near the door for the front desk to hear. They said that they would move us, BUT there was an upcharge of $30/night for the change!!!! When we checked out at the end of our stay, I told the front desk person, who was also the manager (?), these charges are not fair, since we changed rooms simply because of the noise from the adjo... read more

So/so stay Checkin was great, room was great, but if your going on a weekend for some relaxation think again, parties going on in the rooms, smoking, and loud noises outside the hotel for some odd reason.

No Air Conditioning?! Deliberately turned it off Surprisingly bad experience. Biggest problem was they shutoff the AC in the hotel despite the fact it was still first week of November with temperature in the 70's. The claim was they do this in the Winter, but no it's not Winter yet, and the temperature surely isn't behaving that way. Could have been OK if they made an effort to ventilate the rooms but instead they put is in a room that had been exposed to sunlight all day with no venitlation and must have been 80 inside when... read more

The receptionist was not polite when going through the check in process. When I provided him the credit card that we used online to pay for the stay, he rudely threw it back at me saying that it was the wrong card when it wasn't. Also, we checked out early in the morning and the same receptionist was asleep. He came out without a mask and his appearance was neglected.

Tiny bare rooms, won’t recommend Room was tiny and not 265sq ft as per booking. In fact we got the attachment to a full room instead of our own room. When I spoke to front desk, they claimed room had been renovated and may have reduce in size during renovation (as if the room is a corton t-shirt) Room had no curtains as promised in the booking; there was light in the room the whole night. No shower tub combo as per booking, only a shower because. I had made is of my 1 free night with 10 night stay with hotels.com, so I think... read more

A huge disappointment The hotel was mostly vacant and the service was poor. Breakfast is mostly junk food and not eatable in my opinion. Coffee was ready around or after 7 am while the breakfast (to go) was supposed to start at 6 am. The odor in the elevator was of a garbage room. Overall paying more than $180 a day for a ‘motel 6’ type service is very disappointing. During this COVID 19 period when the the hotels are praying for guests to come, we definitely expected more.
