A man was trying to break I to my suite in middle of the night. It has me completely unnerved! The pool was dirty and the tubs in my suite weren’t throughly clean. I had to wait over an hr for my room to be available! Considering what I paid for this stay, these things are unacceptable

A disgusting stay at the Hyatt House It was awful. They were supposed to clean our room on a Monday, it was never done. The breakfast consisted of a Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese sandwich that needed to be heated in a dirty microwave. Who serves this garbage food? Am I living in the Ozarks without teeth. They ran out coffee cups, napkins, and did not have regular milk, only fattening half and half. All of this occurred while still charging FULL PRICE! Get some help to keep the place properly running.
Understaffed and lack of services. Understaffed and lack of services. Had to wait an hour and a half after check-in time for room. Had called that morning and said my sister had had an operation and needed the room as soon as possible. It’s obvious that they do not have the staff. This place is horrendous.
We stayed in the suite, bathroom was not clean both toilet bowels had rustic stains that must have been there over a period of time... not enough towels we were given 4 bath towel for a six guest occupancy...
Only use in an emergency! Phones didn’t work (not even the emergency number) shower was NOT clean, there was trash in the room like someone didn’t want to vacuum, no remote for the tv, and there was no mattress protector, just a THIN sheet. Would not stay here again. One night was good for us.
