Did not tell us in advance there was no daily housekeeping service. No clean sheets or towels for a week. Not a normal definition of a full service hotel.
It’s a good size room but Tub was filthy.
After a long day I checked in...TV didn’t work, got it fixed, then a call from front desk that they forgot to take my card for incidentals...that took 30 min...clueless staff.
Unkept Dirty elevator. Streaks on the walls.
