Seems like it’s aging. Breakfast was always the same (sausage and egg). How about a banana or an orange?
Nice room very comfortable stay. Location very convenient
good hotel Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. The one thing that I would have liked is for the hotel to have a restaurant in the hotel.
Most of the TV Channels did not work.
Key amenities not available I chose this hotel because it was listed as having an airport shuttle and a restaurant. I arrived to find that neither was available. I was able to get food delivered but had to pay for an Uber to the airport. The hotel itself is lovely - clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Staff were friendly and what we saw of the building was clean as was our room.
Disappointed with my stay. I booked a suite...The lamp in the sitting area had one working bulb that eventually went out...could not get a replacement..my key malfunctioned twice in a 3 nite stay on 2 different days.asked for a shower chair which I never got...bathtub had no plug. .after day 2 got one that didn't fit well..stuffed the drain with a washcloth...bathroom had dust and grease around the fixtures(tub).and the room was never really warm despite temperature adjustments...I have always stayed at Hyatt Yonkers and its... read more
