Great location. Nice rooms. Hallways need to be updated and room doors slam when shut so we heard neighbors going in and out all night. OTW great place and people who work there are awesome.

Nice but front desk needs training All was nice except the front desk deactivated my room keys mid stay. She stated I made 2 reservations for my total stay, nope! She insisted on arguing with me....this was the only issue. Looking back she didn’t confirm my length of stay upon check in as usual with all hotels I have stayed in. I may stay here again as it’s close to NYU, where my child attends college.
Great location but ... The check-in staff is measurably better than most hotels’. But, we requested the reading light be fixed on the first day of our 4 day stay and it was never fixed. We asked for hand towels and wash cloths which were missing after the third day of housekeeping but never received the towels. So aside from the maintenance and housekeeping issues the stay was ok.
