Roomy & comfortable Check in was quick & easy, room was really nice. Bed very comfy. Only issue was sink area could have had better attention to wipe down. 4/5 stars.
The hotel was nice, the price was right. good location/very nice bar/restaurant has good food. Pleasant and helpful staff. Very nice facilities.
Exceptional Experience I very rarely complete these forms. The hotel was nice, convenient, and clean. However the staff are the stars. Francois took care of our needs before we actually asked. And I was sitting in the lobby for a while and saw him do the same for others. All the staff was attentive and friendly. I have stayed at the W down the street. It was nice but the Hyatt Union Square has put resources into what matters most - the experience.
Great location with great facilities Located in a perfect area of NYC for the holidays. Great staff, great location, lovely hotel for the value.
Poor Hyatt Expereince - There is Better Not your typical Hyatt experience...felt like a nice budget brand at best. If you stay here you are over paying for the hotel - amenities and staff not on a high level. The location is very good and so much to do and eat in the area. There are much better hotels in the area.
Nice hotel conveniently located The room was cery clean, well-decorated, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Try to get a room with the courtyard view because it will be super quiet and you won’t hear the ambulance sirens on 4th Avenue and 13th Street heading to/from Mount Sinai Hospital in front of the hotel. There is a bicyclist lane right in front of the hotel’s entrance so be extra careful crossing it after exiting your taxi or Uber.
Very friendly staff; good food; fantastic adjacent bar; clean and well appointed rooms. Quiet for being in the heart of NYC-
