Nirvana in a mid priced hotel Fantastic. Modern well appointed room, with fantastic amenities and great in hotel restaurant any and bar. Close to the action, central to attractions and subway. We will be back

Nice stay Kind and helpful staff. Everyone we met in NYC were nice :)
The staff were great, and there is a 24 Walgreens across the road which was perfect for middle of the night snacks. We had a courtyard room which was clean and tidy, although a bit small with 2 large suitcases on the floor (no raised suitcase holder supplied). You need to request certain items like toothbrushes, but they were supplied quickly. The housekeeping staff needed to be reminded to restock items such as shampoo, conditioner, tissues etc, but once requested they were brought up quickly. The bathroom was clean and the... read more
Perfect location where we wanted to be. We Arrived a little early and it was little wait but, the Agents we very helpful in making you feel comfortable. The room was a little small since we booked for studio King but it was really nice. Every was really nice. I would recommend that the restaurant change their lunch & dinner menu to more familiar foods. It seemed kinda limited. Although breakfast was very good. I would diffenantly return again. In fact my husband and I are planning to come back in the summer.
People was friendly and helpful
Great friendly staff What was especially great about our stay was the super friendliness of the hotel staff, They always had a friendly greeting and were very helpful in all their recommendations about the local area.
