Contemporary hotel, great location I love how this hotel is modern and clean, and especially how the staff greets me each time I arrive or leave. The restaurant serves delicious lunch, and the bar is a great place for a drink at the end of the evening.
Soggy in Union Square Overall it was okay. We reported a problem of a toilet that kept running and it was never addressed. We woke up the last morning of our stay to the ceiling leaking. Thankfully, none of our belongings were ruined. Other than the issues with the toilet and leak we were satisfied with the accommodations.
Best Manhattan Hotel, for the price! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are brilliantly laid out, utilizing every square inch. Lots of Usb ports to charge your devices. Spotlessly clean. My only complaint is that you can hear talking from hallways and other rooms, which is probably why the hotel provides earplugs!
Great location. Came overnight to see Stomp. Very close to the theater, bars and restaurants. Will definitely come again.
